Attended the 2017 OHASSTA (Ontario History and Social Sciences Teachers' Association) conference in Ottawa, Ontario to promote the JBCA's educational resources and guide program.
Attended the 73rd & 74th Anniversaries of D-Day at Nathan Phillips Square in Toronto, Ontario to promote the Juno Beach Centre and educate those in attendance on the goals and mission of the JBCA.
Represented Defining Moments Canada at the Burlington Remembers: Juno 75 event in Burlington, Ontario to encourage attendants to engage with the Juno75: Above and Beyond project as well as to consider the possibility of their own participation in the project.
Assisted with the delivery of children's programming at the Dundas Museum & Archives' 2016 Made in Dundas family festival.
